Awesomeness Ambassador Awards – Official Selection Criteria

The Awesomeness Ambassador Awards celebrate individuals who lead with purpose, compassion, and creativity. Nominees are evaluated based on the following criteria using a standardized scoring process.

Selection Criteria

1. LEADERSHIP & IMPACT
This category recognizes individuals who lead with purpose, vision, and courage. We’re looking for those who don’t just talk about change—they make it happen. Whether through grassroots efforts, professional achievements, or bold new ideas, nominees should show how their leadership has created a lasting, positive impact on others. We welcome stories of influence that inspire, empower, and elevate communities—big or small.

How has the nominee demonstrated leadership that has positively influenced their community, workplace, or area of impact?

We’re looking for specific examples of initiatives, actions, or contributions that highlight their leadership and the results or changes that followed.

2. COMMITMENT TO SERVICE
Service is more than a single act—it’s a mindset. This category honors individuals who consistently show up for others with heart, humility, and purpose. Whether through volunteer work, advocacy, mentoring, or everyday acts of kindness, we’re looking for nominees who make service a part of who they are. Their efforts should reflect a deep and ongoing dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

In what ways has the nominee demonstrated a strong commitment to serving others? Has the nominee worked to elevate voices from historically excluded or marginalized communities?

We’re looking for specific examples of how they have contributed their time, skills, or resources to uplift individuals or communities, and the impact of their efforts.

3. CREATIVITY, INNOVATION, & FUTURE IMPACT
This category celebrates the visionaries—the trailblazers who think outside the box and act with intention. Whether they’re launching a new project, disrupting the status quo, or reimagining what's possible, these nominees embrace creativity as a catalyst for change. We're especially looking for individuals whose ideas are not only original but also built to last. If the nominee has plans for growth, long-term partnerships, or sustainable models, they’ll shine here. It’s not just about dreaming big—it’s about building boldly for the future.

How has the nominee demonstrated creativity or innovation in their work, and what are their plans for lasting impact?

4. PERSONAL JOURNEY & AUTHENTICITY
Every powerful leader has a story—and it’s often what they’ve overcome or discovered within themselves that fuels their influence. This category honors those who lead from a place of truth, vulnerability, and courage. We’re looking for nominees who share their journey not to impress, but to connect. Whether their story is one of resilience, reinvention, or quiet determination, it should reveal the heart behind their work and the authenticity that sets them apart.

What part of the nominee’s personal journey makes their story stand out?

5. ALIGNMENT WITH IRAM MEHAL COACHING VALUES & MISSION
The mission of Iram Mehal Coaching is rooted in helping people transform from the inside out—through mindset mastery, emotional growth, intentional action, and values-driven leadership. Nominees in this category don’t just admire these principles—they live them. Whether they’re mentoring others, modeling resilience, or building a life aligned with purpose and authenticity, their actions consistently reflect the heart of this mission. This is where vision meets values—and where personal transformation creates ripple effects.

How does the nominee’s mindset, actions, or leadership reflect the values of Iram Mehal Coaching?

We’re looking for specific examples that demonstrate how they embody confidence, empower others, lead with intention, or contribute to meaningful, lasting change.

Final Selection Process:

Each nominee is reviewed by a diverse panel of judges using a standardized scoring rubric. Scores are tallied to determine recipients of the Ambassadorship recognition and to select category winners for the special awards presented at the March 2026 ceremony.

Disqualification & Ineligibility:

To maintain the integrity and spirit of the Awesomeness Ambassador Awards, we reserve the right to disqualify a nomination if:

  • The information submitted is found to be false or misleading.

  • The nominee’s actions or history are inconsistent with the core mission and values of this program.

  • There is credible evidence of unethical conduct, discrimination, or behavior that contradicts the spirit of leadership, service, and equity.

Winning Criteria: What It Takes to Be an Awesomeness Ambassador

To be selected as an official Awesomeness Ambassador, nominees must:

  • Meet the minimum threshold score across all five core criteria.

  • Score 3 or higher in at least three categories, reflecting meaningful and consistent impact.

  • Demonstrate a story of leadership, transformation, and confidence that embodies the heart of this recognition.
