Week 1–2: Identifying Your Mental Frameworks
You’ll learn how to recognize the patterns that are currently shaping your thoughts, decisions, and reactions—many of which are operating automatically, without your awareness.

Week 3–4: Challenging and Reframing Core Patterns
Once those patterns are visible, we begin the work of questioning them—logically, not emotionally.
You’ll learn how to break down the beliefs driving your thinking and replace them with alternatives that are grounded, rational, and aligned with how you actually want to operate.
Week 5: Integration and Application
This is where everything starts to click.
You’ll learn how to apply this new way of thinking in real-time situations—
so it’s not something you “practice”
it’s something you live.

You’ll join a small, focused group of no more than 10 women.
Each week, we meet live for a guided session where we break down concepts, apply them directly, and work through real examples.
